CLUB Greektown Rules

  1. Must be 21 years of age or older to participate.
  2. Valid personal identification is required when joining CLUB Greektown and when redeeming points.
  3. One member per card. Points and privileges are non-transferable.
  4. CLUB Greektown member is responsible to make sure the card is properly and continuously inserted into the machine for the duration of play and that the card reader reads "ACCEPTED."
  5. CLUB Greektown member playing table games is responsible for presenting his or her card to the dealer or game supervisor at the table.
  6. Point redemption or comp vouchers are valid for 24 hours from the date and time issued.
  7. Greektown Casino will not be held responsible for lost or stolen point redemption or comp vouchers.
  8. Greektown Casino reserves the right to revoke or deny any point redemption or comp voucher at any time.
  9. Greektown Casino reserves the right to revoke or deny a redemption voucher if it is determined that the member has not accumulated the points in the matter intended by this program.
  10. The participation of Greektown and surrounding restaurants and businesses may change without notice. It is the responsibility of CLUB Greektown members to verify participation before patronage.
  11. Any player account that has been inactive for a period of 12 months will be purged from the system in the 13th month and any points accumulated in such accounts will be voided.
  12. Participation in the program as a member constitutes permission by winners to use their names and/or likeness in any manner by Greektown Casino and their agent or assignees without compensation beyond the value of the redemption vouchers awarded.
  13. Greektown Casino and its management reserves the right to adjust any point balance as a result of malfunction, error or fraud.
  14. Greektown Casino reserves the right to change or terminate this program with no prior notice.
